Als Consultant unterstützt Du aktiv unser erfahrenes Expertenteam bei ihrer Arbeit, wie z.B. der Erarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten für unsere internationalen Kunden. Du erhältst einen tiefen und breitgefächerten Einblick in die tägliche Arbeit eines Beraters einer erfolgreichen Unternehmensberatung für Digitalisierung und Industrie 4.0.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

Du unterstützt bei der Vor-und Nachbereitung von Workshops, sowie bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Konzepten.
Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Teilprojekte und pflegst im Rahmen der Projektarbeit Kundenkontakt in einem spannenden Wirkungskreis.
Beratungsübergreifend erwarten Dich viele spannende Themen, als auch Markt-& Akquise bezogene Herausforderungen und die Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsprodukte.

Dein Profil

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium mit entsprechender Ausrichtung. Du bist digital-affin und hast Lust aktiv an der internen Unternehmensentwicklung und der digitalen Transformation der Industrie mitzuwirken? Deine Kommunikationsstärke, Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Deine Flexibilität machen Dich zu einem verlässlichen und kompetenten Partner & Unterstützer.

Solides Verständnis von Unternehmens-& Produktionsprozessen
Analytische und vorausschauende Denkweise
Kreativität & Empathie
Fundierte Projektmanagement Kenntnisse
Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit UseCases zum Thema Digitalstrategie, Smart Factory oder Digitale Transformation
Sehr gute Power Point Kenntnisse
Hohe Reisebereitschaft
Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch

Your mission

As a consultant, you will actively support our experienced team of experts in their work, such as developing solution concepts for our international clients. You will gain a deep and wide-ranging insight into the daily work of a consultant at a successful management consultancy for digitalization and Industry 4.0.

Your main responsibilities

You will provide support in the preparation and follow-up of workshops, as well as in the preparation of offers and concepts.
You will take responsibility for sub-projects and maintain customer contact as part of your project work in an exciting field of activity.
You can expect many exciting cross-consulting topics, as well as market and acquisition-related challenges and support for the further development of our consulting products

Your profile

You have a Master's degree with a relevant focus. Are you digitally savvy and keen to actively participate in internal company development and the digital transformation of the industry? Your strong communication skills, your structured way of working and your flexibility make you a reliable and competent partner and supporter.

Solid understanding of business & production processes.
Analytical and forward-thinking mindset
Creativity & empathy
Sound project management skills
Ideally initial experience with use cases on the topic of digital strategy, smart factory or digital transformation
Very good Power Point skills.
High willingness to travel
Business fluent in German and English
